Welcome to Nobwin. Nobwin is an English-language online betting and casino information platform built for Pakistani users. The platform provides educational and informational content about sports betting, live casino gaming and responsible gambling, with all financial references displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access or use any part of the Nobwin website located at nobwin.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Nobwin.

Nobwin does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Payment method names referenced on this Platform are for informational context only and imply no partnership, affiliation or endorsement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Platform"

The Nobwin website accessible at nobwin.cam, including all pages, content, tools and features available thereon.

"User" / "You"

Any natural person who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.

"Account"

A registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.

"Operator"

The entity that operates the gambling services accessible via the Platform, as identified in the Platform's licensing and legal disclosure section.

"PKR"

Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which all financial balances, deposits, withdrawal requests and transaction summaries are displayed on the Platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Any credits, free bets, free spins or other promotional value credited to a User's account pursuant to an active promotional offer.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal as cash.

"KYC"

"Responsible Gambling Tools"

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the registered email address held on file.

To register and maintain an active account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable license jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling platform through a self-exclusion request.
• You are not a person who has been identified as suffering from a gambling addiction or who is subject to a guardianship or protection order that restricts financial transactions.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. Providing false information, including false date of birth, name or identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination, reporting to relevant authorities and the withholding of any funds.

The Platform reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when a change of personal details is requested. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence) and proof of address. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account — including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified the Platform of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

The Platform will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the Platform's support team immediately.

You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password and is particularly important for users accessing the Platform from shared or public devices, including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or other cities where shared mobile devices are common.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16.

All account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including bank transfers associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — for informational context only. The availability of any specific payment method is determined by the Operator and may change without prior notice. The mention of any payment provider on this Platform does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

The following general provisions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator and displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits using a payment method are generally required to be used for at least one wager before a withdrawal to that same method is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit, subject to the Operator's withdrawal policy.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity checks.
• Withdrawals of funds originating from Bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full prior to withdrawal.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and to request additional documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

From time to time the Platform makes promotional offers available to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only, as defined in each offer's specific terms and conditions.
• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible games are stated on the relevant offer page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at their face value or combined with other promotional offers unless the relevant offer terms expressly permit such combination.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly affect a User who has already fulfilled the bonus conditions.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, using coordinated betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed returns from promotional offers, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases the Platform reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the account permanently.

All bonus figures cited in promotional materials are illustrative examples only where so labelled. Actual bonus amounts may vary depending on the current promotional calendar.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the Platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds or game parameters displayed at the moment of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where the Platform's specific rules expressly permit a cash-out or early settlement option.
• Bets are void if they are placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, regardless of when the Platform's systems processed the wager.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game parameters, whether caused by human error, technical fault or data feed failure.
• In the event of a disputed result — including for Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournament games, football events or any other covered sport — the Platform will apply the result as officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the point of wager placement. The Platform reserves the right to impose personal bet limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• Live betting ("in-play") odds are updated in real time. The Platform accepts no responsibility for any latency between the real-world event and odds updates, which may result from network delays on the User's end.

For casino and live dealer games, the rules of each individual game — including the applicable return-to-player (RTP) percentage and house edge — are available within the game interface or the Platform's game information section. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification or during ongoing account use.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening or using accounts on behalf of a third party, or using another person's payment method without their express written consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds or game malfunctions in a deliberate and systematic manner for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users in any poker, casino or sports betting market to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting that is specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to conceal your true location for this purpose.
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 18, or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction) to access or use your account.

Nobwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial stress. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit ceilings that prevent additional deposits once the threshold is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week or month after which further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. When the limit is reached, the Platform issues a reminder prompt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of the time elapsed and net wagering activity during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a chosen period — ranging from 24 hours to indefinite — by contacting the Platform's support team or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings.
• Account Closure: Request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Requests are acted upon promptly and without judgment.

The Platform reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions — including deposit limits, wager limits or mandatory cooling-off periods — on any account where indicators of problem gambling behaviour are identified, without prior notice to the User.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of Nobwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Nobwin.

The Nobwin name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Nobwin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark of Nobwin or any third party appearing on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nobwin and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible loss — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nobwin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected. Technical interruptions may affect live betting markets, casino game sessions and deposit or withdrawal processing. Nobwin accepts no liability for financial loss arising from such interruptions.

Nobwin provides educational and informational content about online betting and casino gaming. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of any particular outcome. All gambling involves inherent financial risk. Users participate at their own risk.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by the Platform is governed by the Nobwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read carefully alongside them.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing required to fulfil KYC obligations, process financial transactions, detect fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

Nobwin does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors and identity verification services — is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of those services and is subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Nobwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material in nature, registered Users will be notified via the email address held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible funds prior to the amendment's effective date. To exercise this right, please contact the support team as set out in Section 16 below.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information section. Where international licensing applies, the relevant jurisdiction's laws shall take precedence over these Terms to the extent required by applicable regulation.

In the event of any dispute between you and Nobwin, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before resorting to litigation.

Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction, including any mandatory consumer protection legislation that may apply in Pakistan.
